Hi, I'm Meghna

I help women living abroad feel like themselves again

Meghna Joshi, certified health and wellness coach

Hi, I'm Meghna Joshi - a certified Health and Wellness Coach, a mother of two and an Indian woman living in Melbourne.

I support women who want to feel healthier, more energetic and more connected to themselves, through an approach to wellness that fits their bodies, lifestyles and everyday realities.

I've lived with hypothyroidism for over 10 years, so I understand how frustrating it can feel when your energy changes, your weight doesn't respond as expected and you begin to feel disconnected from your own body.

For years, I tried to do what many women do. I exercised, watched what I ate and searched for the "right" way to become healthier. But much of the wellness advice I found felt restrictive or disconnected from my food, my culture and the reality of my life.

My journey became more personal after motherhood

During my first pregnancy, I gained 23 kilos. During my second, I gained 15 kilos.

My postpartum journeys changed my body, my energy and my priorities. Like many mothers, I became so focused on caring for my children and managing everyday responsibilities that it was easy to place my own needs last.

But I didn't only want to lose weight.

I wanted to wake up with energy, feel confident in my clothes and enjoy looking after myself again. I wanted health to feel like a natural part of my life, rather than another task I had to complete perfectly.

Most of all, I wanted to feel like myself again.

Finding an approach that felt like mine

My experiences led me to study health and wellness more deeply and become professionally certified through Wellness Coaching Australia and the Dr Sears Wellness Institute in the United States.

I began to understand that lasting wellbeing is about more than food and exercise. Stress, sleep, emotional wellbeing, movement, relationships and everyday routines all influence how we feel.

I also realised that I didn't have to give up familiar Indian food or follow someone else's lifestyle to care for my health.

Living in Australia has shown me how often Indian women abroad are trying to navigate two worlds. We want to stay connected to our food and culture while making informed choices that support the lives we are building here.

That understanding became the foundation of my work.

It also shaped how I support every woman I work with: by understanding her individual needs, respecting her lifestyle and helping her find an approach to wellness that feels realistic and sustainable.

Why I do this work

Today, I support women experiencing low energy, weight gain, stress and the everyday challenges of caring for their health while managing busy lives.

I also offer a signature coaching experience for Indian women living abroad, shaped by my own experience of navigating hypothyroidism, motherhood and wellness while living away from family.

The women I work with are rarely lacking motivation. They are already carrying a great deal - careers, children, households, relationships and family responsibilities across countries.

They want to take care of themselves, but they don't want wellness to become another source of pressure.

My approach brings together familiar food and traditions, sustainable movement, nervous system support, emotional wellbeing and realistic routines that can work around family and everyday life.

For Indian women abroad, this can also mean finding ways to care for their health without giving up the foods, traditions and cultural connections that feel like home.

There are no crash diets, punishing workouts or expectations of perfection.

Instead, we focus on understanding your patterns and creating small, meaningful changes that you can continue.

What does it mean to feel like yourself again?

It isn't about returning to the woman you were before motherhood, migration or hypothyroidism. Your life has changed, and you have changed with it.

It means feeling at home in the woman you are today.

It may mean having more energy, feeling stronger in your body, enjoying food without guilt, setting healthier boundaries or making time for the things that bring you joy.

Weight loss may be part of your goal, but the real transformation is being able to participate fully in your own life again.

A little more about me

I'm a vegetarian, a lover of Indian food and someone who believes that healthy meals should still be enjoyable. Strength training, yoga, meditation and simple daily rituals are part of my life - but so are motherhood, busy days and plans that occasionally need to change.

I don't coach from a place of perfection. I bring together professional knowledge, lived experience and a genuine understanding of how difficult it can be to care for yourself while caring for everyone else.

I created the kind of support I was once looking for: culturally familiar, evidence-informed, compassionate and practical enough for real life.

Your life has changed. Your approach to wellness can change with it.

It's time to reconnect with your energy, confidence and joy - and feel like yourself again.
